How many metres of buffet do my guests need?

It depends on guest numbers and the type of menu. As a general estimate, each metre serves 8 to 12 guests, and we confirm the right length once we know the numbers and how many stations you want.

Can the menu be tailored?

We start from the food you prefer and the mix of your guests, then propose a suitable menu that can be adjusted before it is agreed.

Does the service include tables, setup and staff?

The service can include table arrangement, serving equipment, styling and lighting, along with the service team and on-site supervision. We confirm what the quote covers after reviewing the details.

Do you cover areas outside Al Khobar?

We work in Al Khobar and the Eastern Province, and we coordinate service at other venues such as Dammam, Dhahran, Qatif, Jubail and Al-Ahsa depending on the agreement. Tell us the venue and we will review it.

How do I request a quote and how long does a reply take?
